Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial

Every new agent gets a 90-day free Professional trial. No card is required; nothing is charged during the trial.

Subscriptions

• Cancel anytime from Billing — your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and simply does not renew.
• First-time subscribers: full refund within 7 days of the first charge, no questions asked. Write to support@kalyankart.com from your registered number/email.
• Renewal charges are refundable within 48 hours if the account shows no usage in the new period.

Lead credits

• Unused credits in an unexpired pack are refundable within 7 days of purchase.
• A consumed credit (an unlocked lead) is non-refundable — the lead was delivered exclusively to you. Exception: leads with unreachable/invalid phone numbers reported within 72 hours are re-credited after verification.
• Monthly bonus credits from paid plans have no cash value and expire with the plan.

Showing-exchange fees

Platform fees apply only to completed, verified showings. Disputed showings are reviewed; fees on upheld disputes are reversed.

Processing

Approved refunds return to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
