Terms of Service

1. The service

KalyanKart is a software platform for real-estate professionals: a CRM, a verified property marketplace, showing documentation (the Introducer Protection Ledger), an agent-to-agent showing exchange, AI assistance, and a consumer lead marketplace. KalyanKart is a technology provider — we are not a real-estate broker, we are not party to any property transaction, and we do not charge commission on property deals.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information (including, for agents, a valid RERA registration where applicable) and keep your credentials secure. Accounts are for individual professionals or registered teams; misuse, impersonation or fraudulent listings lead to suspension. You must be 18 or older.

3. Subscriptions, credits and fees

• Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled; cancellation stops the next renewal.
• Lead credits unlock consumer enquiries; an unlocked lead is delivered exclusively and consumed on unlock. Credit and refund handling is described in the Refund Policy.
• Showing-exchange platform fees apply per completed, verified showing as displayed at the time of posting.

4. The Introduction Certificate — important disclaimer

Certificates and ledger records are tamper-evident documentation of recorded events. They are evidence, not a legal entitlement to commission, and KalyanKart makes no representation about their treatment by any court, regulator or counterparty. Commission arrangements remain between you and your clients.

5. Acceptable use

No false listings, no harassment of leads or buyers, no scraping, no attempts to tamper with ledger data, no use of consumer contact details beyond the enquiry purpose. Leads and buyer data unlocked on the platform may not be resold.

6. AI features

AI drafts, estimates and suggestions are assistive and may be imperfect. Price estimates are statistical indications, not valuations for lending or legal purposes. You remain responsible for what you send and represent to clients.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for outcomes of property transactions, third-party services (payments, messaging), or force majeure.

8. Termination, changes, law

You may close your account at any time (see Privacy Policy for deletion). We may update these terms with notice in-app. Governing law: India; courts of Belagavi, Karnataka.
